We are situated in Gosnells at the foothills of the Perth Darling Range 30 minutes from Fremantle and 30 minutes from the CBD. Our B& B is in a quiet street, minutes from public transport. We are in the gateway to the hills, wineries, bush walks, cycling paths where shops, cafes, banks and service industries abound.
We are a small family B & B with extensive experience in the service industry and a desire to make you feel comfortable and at home during your stay with us.
The guest house is a separate home and we live close by, so you will have independence and privacy, while we provide breakfast and service your rooms daily.
We are available for any enquiries or assistance you need, while allowing you time to relax and enjoy your stay in Perth

Our Rooms
The rooms can be tailored to your individual needs.
All rooms have access to fully equipped kitchen, dining room, 2 sitting rooms, laundry, patio and heated swimming pool.
A full cooked breakfast is available on weekends and a self serve continental breakfast is available during the week.
We have three bedrooms available:
The Australiana: a large, comfortable room, with private ensuite, walk in wardrobe and a super king size bed. $135 per night for 2 persons
The Pioneer: A comfortable room with double bed and share bathroom with shower/bath. $110 per night for 2 persons
The Kookaburra: a comfortable bedroom with king single bed and share bathroom with shower bath. $85 per night for 1 person.
