Who are we?
A small three room bed & breakfast big on service
and comfort. Southern River Bed and Breakfast accommodation is only 23kms
from the Perth airport nestled in the foothills of the Darling Range, East of
the CBD of Perth. The guest house is in a quiet street, with
free off street parking and free wifi access throughout the home and gardens.
Minutes from public
transport. We are in the gateway to the hills, wineries, bush walks,
cycling paths where shops, cafes, banks and service industries abound.
The guest house is a separate home
and we live close by, so you will have independence and
privacy, while we provide breakfast and service your
rooms daily. We are available for any enquiries or assistance you
need, while allowing you time to relax and enjoy your

Breakfast is included in your
accommodation charge and you will have a continental breakfast of
yoghurt, fruit, choice of cereals, choice of juice, toast & locally
produced jams and honey.
Additionally, if you wish on Saturday, Sunday and public
holidays, we have in addition to the continental breakfast above, cooked
breakfast with eggs, tomato and bacon

Our accommodation is non smoking, however,
there is a designated smoking area on the premises.

Pets
We have three pets at our bed & breakfast,
they don't venture over to the guest house, but stay
in their own yard at our home.

markets - on weekends the
Gosnells Railway Growers Market & Flea Market
is open. The Supermarkets are open 7am to 9pm
seven days a week, the surrounding area has
general merchandise stores, chemist/pharmacies,
doctor surgeries, post office, banks, TAB,
newsagents, bakeries, restaurants and takeaways.
Southern River
Bed & Breakfast is close by many restaurants and
wedding reception centre. Only minutes from
Willow Pond, Nicholsons, Nero's, Gosnells Hotel,
Brooklands and Hogs Breath Cafe. There are
many cafe's and take away outlets nearby.
We are a 5
minute walk from public transport to the
Gosnells Train Station which is 3km away.
