Booking and Payment Policy

All bookings within a reasonable time frame will incur a 40% booking fee and balance payable on or before arrival unless prior arrangements made.

A credit card number, expiry date and security code will be held by us until departure.

All guests must provide method of arrival, drivers licence or vehicle license, phone number while in Australia and contact details if overseas.

Discounts apply to pre-payment and to prolonged and extended stays.

 

Cancellation Policy  

 

Should you wish to cancel your booking PLEASE let us know ASAP, so that we can try to place another guest.

A $25 administration fee applies to all cancellations if the room is not rebooked , to cover bank charges etc

If the cancellation is more than one week before booking, a total refund, minus administration fee will be returned to you via your method of payment.

if the cancellation is less than one week before booking a 40% cancellation fee applies if the room cannot be rebooked.

Code of Conduct

 

·         The Operation acknowledges its responsibilities to meet the reasonable expectations of all customers to the best of its ability.

 ·         Customers include any individual or business desirous of using or receiving the goods or services of the Operation.

 ·         The Operation shall endeavour to treat all customers equally.

 ·         The Operation reserves the right to change its goods and services to meet the expectations of its customers.

 ·         The Operation is responsible for all of its advertising and promotional activities.

 ·         All advertising and promotional activities shall reflect the true picture.

 ·         At the time of entering the transaction or purchasing the goods and/or services customers will be informed of all the terms and conditions of the contract including the terms of payment and any cancellation conditions. The Operation will adhere to those terms and conditions.

 ·         All reasonable customer concerns and queries will be fairly and amicably dealt with as soon as practicable. The decision of any mediator who may be employed will be final and binding.

 ·         The Operation will, so far as is reasonably able, present its goods and services in the best possible way ie: high state of cleanliness, high quality breakfast supplies and service, good quality furnishings and linen.

 ·         The Operation will exercise all reasonable care to address customers’ safety and comfort.

 ·         So far as is practicable the Operation will take all reasonable measures to ensure that all plant, equipment and products are in good working order.
